“This photograph was shot for Anna Wintour at Harpers & Queen in 1974 when she was only in her mid 20’s – she was the assistant Fashion Editor to Jennifer Hocking and styled the series. We worked together in London and in New York for over 3 to 4 years until I came back to London to start my filming career. She went off to become the star of fashion that she became. This photo was shot on a Nikon F2 motor drive with an 85mm Lens with Kodak TRI-X B&W film 400ASA. The Models were Angelica Houston – daughter of Film Director John Huston and long term partner of Jack Nicholson and Robert Wace – the music entrepreneur. The idea of this rain coat story was a love story but with a tiff thus the Slap and Goodbye shots in the feature. There were other shots that were kissing but these two were the most provocative and stirring.” – Jim Lee
